Argentina VS Germany
In this section, we compare Argentina to Germany in 11 different indexes that we believe provide a measure of a country’s global supply chain competitiveness. We chose Germany as our benchmark as it is listed by the World Bank as the top performing country in its annual Logistics Performance Index (LPI) report. On the next page (Methodology of Indexes), the methodology used to calculate each country’s score will be briefly described. Here, we seek to solely compare how Argentina contrasts with the top performer in the following areas: network readiness, intellectual property right protection, logistics performance, manufacturing competitiveness, trade facilitation, ease of doing business, corruption and global connectedness.
