Network Scholars Poster Session
Within the Food Industry, select a supply chain trend and apply that trend to the factors (government policies, state and/or national regulations, social factors, economic policy, demographic changes, technology, and environmental considerations) that can impact the industry. Then discuss how this supply chain trend is affecting the overall industry. Highlight the challenges that the trend poses to this industry, as well as how it benefits the industry.
